You have just started doing pole dance and are still quite unfamiliar with the pole? Or you have been doing pole for a little bit already but are still figuring out how to get higher into the pole? This is your class to get comfortable with the movements and get to know the sport better.
You can already climb and stand in the pole, as well as do a pole sit and hang in the crucifix? Feel free to join this class to advance further!
Ideally at this point you should be able to invert on your own and do a helicopter and genie. You should also be able to do some inverted figures like the outside leg hangs, butterfly, flatliner and layback.
This is an open level class for everyone and anyone that is interested in joining competitions in the (near) future. If you are still a beginner or already doing advanced moves, this is a class to discuss choreos and the right techniques for competitions.
Anyone can join here. There will be no instructor, but rather just an open space to practice anything that might need some more training. Someone from the board will always be there as well, in case any help with more basic level moves is needed.
This class switches between Pole Flow and Low Flow each week and is generally considered open level.
Pole Flow is usually higher in the pole, with more emphasis on trying out transitions between figures and generally showing how to make the figures you might have already learned join together into a more flowy dance. This class also might be more difficult for people just starting out, but you can always just try it and see what you think.
Low Flow is more improvisation based. There will mostly be a small choreo at the start of the class, after which we will go into some prompt work to find your own style of movement
